Therapy Modalities
Evidence-based tools. Personalized care.
Real, lasting change.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Different challenges require different tools. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help people process trauma, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and build lasting change. Together, we'll determine which approach best fits your goals, experiences, and needs.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
When you've been through something overwhelming, your brain doesn't always get the chance to fully process it. EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories so they no longer have the same power over your thoughts, emotions, and daily life.
CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy)
Sometimes our minds get stuck in patterns that fuel anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or overwhelm. CBT helps you recognize those patterns, understand how they impact your emotions and behavior, and learn practical strategies to create lasting change.
CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy)
After trauma, it's common to get stuck in thoughts like "It was my fault," "I should have done something different," or "I can't trust anyone." CPT helps you examine these beliefs, understand where they came from, and develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
When stress, burnout, anxiety, or intense emotions start taking over, it can feel like you're constantly reacting instead of responding. DBT provides concrete, real-world skills to help you regulate emotions, tolerate distress, communicate effectively, and stay within your window of tolerance.
PE (Prolonged Exposure)
Avoidance can provide temporary relief, but it often keeps trauma stuck in place. PE helps you gradually confront the memories, feelings, and situations you've been avoiding so fear loses its grip and you can regain confidence in your daily life.
WET (Written Exposure Therapy)
Some experiences stay with us because we've never had the opportunity to fully process them. WET is a brief, evidence-based trauma treatment that uses structured writing to help reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories and support recovery.
Integrated. Flexible. Client-Centered.
We’ll work together to choose the approaches that fit your needs and goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all - It’s a collaboration.
